You have mentioned about oxidation here,
it takes me almost 7-8 hours to filter the mixture,
Because when I use vacuum, vacuum filtration cannot happen because of the aluminum amalgam sludge,
That's why I first pick up the aluminium dust through a cloth, due to which a lot of the aluminium dust comes out with the liquid, then I filter the filtrate through filter paper, which takes a lot of time
Will taking too long for filtration lead to meth base oxidation,
I also smell a lot of methylamine gas during filtration,
what effect will this have, can the meth base get spoiled due to oxidation,
how much effect will this have, please share your opinion

Instead of being oxidized by oxygen, the methamphetamine free base forms the methamphetamine carbonate salt with carbon dioxide in the air.

I am making p2p by ethyl 2 chloropriponate method, and I have purchased methylamine solution 40%, after that I am doing the whole synthesis process step by step as shown in the video, only filtration is taking me a lot of time, but I am not able to understand whether I am getting methamphetamine free base or not, because after evaporating the dcm very little amount of oil is remaining, after introducing it again through hcl gas I am not getting the salt

Why don't you just use NaBH4? Also you can get a yield around 85% of the glycidate you get with Ethyl-2-Chloropriponate by adding aqueous Oxone solution to a-Methyl Cinnamic Acid in acetone and NaHCO3.

Benzaldehyde + MEK = 3-methyl-4-phenyl-3-buten-2-one

3-methyl-4-phenyl-3-buten-2-one + NaClO = a-Methyl Cinnamic Acid

a-Methyl Cinnamic Acid + Oxone in NaHCO3 buffered Acetone = BMK Glycidic Acid

BMK Glycidic Acid + NaOH = BMK 5449
